Credit Card Payments - We are now able to process our own Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions! Simply call (02) 9481 4263 with your card details, including card type, card number, expiry, name on the card and the CVV2 code from the back of the card. There is a secure answering machine to leave details if we are unable to take your call. PayPal will now only be accepted for international orders.
Emails ARE FIXED!! You should now receive automated email confirmations shortly after placing your order, as well as updates as your order moves from Pending through to Processing and Delivered status. Forgotten Password Requests should also be working again. If you don’t receive these emails, please send a message to admin@scrapframes.com.au and we’ll send the information manually.
