NEW! Credit Card Payments - We are now able to process our own Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions! Simply call (02) 9481 4263 with your card details, including card type, card number, expiry, name on the card and the CCV code from the back of the card. Credit card payments are no longer available via Paypal.
Emails are still a problem... We are still experiencing problems with ALL outgoing emails generated by the automated shopping cart system. This includes order confirmations, order updates, and automated replies to your requests for new passwords.
If you choose direct deposit as your payment method, taking a note of the banking details as you check out will speed up your order processing, if you forget just email admin@scrapframes.com.au and I will send them to you.
If you have forgotten your password, simply set up a new account if you have an alternative email address, or if not, send an email to admin@scrapframes.com.au and I will delete your old account, allowing you to recreate it with the new password of your choice. We thank you for your patience and understanding!
